Nestled along the green edge of Chettiar Park, the Patio Houses provide grounded comfort with the feel of open spaciousness, but also much welcoming quietness. With a 250 sq ft master bedroom, a 130 sq ft guest room, 50 sq ft for a washroom, and a 240 sq ft living and dining area which leads on to a 500 sq ft sit-out, each home is set for three guests to comfortably share a quiet space for slow morning breakfasts, lunches, and lazy afternoons in the shade of the trees.
Studio Houses (Upper Floor)
Perched just above the canopy, the Studio Houses have a total of 670 sq ft of living space, including a 250 sq ft master, a 130 sq ft guest room, a 240 sq ft open-plan living and dining area, and two 50 sq ft bathrooms. A 45 sq ft balcony opens into formless mist, birdsong, and a sea of green. Built for two to four guests, each Studio House offers warm light, minimal distractions, and a sense of easy calm, a gentle space to undertake the process of rising slowly, breathing deeply, and finding one's way back to the quiet of the mountain.
